This training was built for sales and marketing team of a major computer Data Storage company. Prior to this training, the organization experienced issues with trainers who presented inconsistent information and who were not always available to teach. Increased publishing costs to constantly update the training manuals was also an issue.

Client: Fortune 500 Financial Institution

Application: Third Party Partnering Power Tool

We collaborated with the business development team to create learning objectives, revise existing training manual content, and provide an interactive, computer-based solution to train Loan officers and other clients how to use their web-based Loan Pricing Tool. The online Loan training application was built in Flash. It features customized login/menu capabilities that allow the interface to build specifically by user type, animated demos of the application in use, knowledge check, printing capabilities, and certification.
